Can I personalize my piece?+
Yes. Names, dates, monograms and short phrases can be added. Tell us the details in the order note at checkout, or message us first if you’d like to discuss a design.
How does a guest-book alternative work?+
Instead of a paper book, your guests sign or add their wishes to a wooden keepsake you’ll display and keep forever — a lasting reminder of your celebration.
How long does it take?+
Each piece is made to order — production takes 2–4 business days. Then free standard shipping worldwide usually arrives in 12–15 business days. Express shipping (5–7 business days) is available at extra cost.
Do you ship worldwide?+
Yes — free standard shipping worldwide from our workshop in Ukraine, with tracking on every order.
What materials do you use?+
Premium plywood and natural wood, laser-engraved and finished with care. Slight variations in grain and shade are part of each piece’s handmade charm.
Can I request a fully custom design?+
Absolutely. Email us at Tabix2024@gmail.com with your idea and we’ll create something just for you.
What is your return policy?+
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days on non-personalized items. Personalized pieces can’t be returned for change-of-mind, but any damage or defect is always covered.
