tabix (“we”, “us”) is a small handmade workshop based in Ukraine. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our store or place an order, and how we use it. We collect only what we need to make and deliver your order.
What we collect
- Your name, email address, phone number and shipping address — provided by you at checkout.
- Order details — the items, options and any personalization notes you add.
- Basic technical data your browser sends (e.g. for the site to function). Your shopping bag is stored locally in your own browser, not on our servers.
How we use it
- To craft, package and ship your order, and to contact you about it.
- To arrange and confirm payment for your order.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the partners needed to complete your order: our payment provider (to process payment securely — we never see or store your full card details) and our shipping/fulfilment partner (to deliver your parcel and provide tracking). We do not sell your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet our accounting and legal obligations, after which it is removed.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Just write to us and we’ll take care of it.
