Welcome to TABIX. By browsing our store and placing an order, you agree to the terms below. TABIX is a small handmade wedding-decor workshop based in Ukraine, founded by Marta Babak.
Our products
We design and handcraft personalized wooden wedding keepsakes, such as our guest-book alternatives. Because items are handmade from wood, slight variations in grain, shade and texture are normal and part of their charm.
Orders & made-to-order production
Each piece is made to order especially for you. When you place an order, you confirm that the details you provide — including names, dates, spelling and personalization — are correct. Production begins after your order is confirmed and payment is arranged.
Prices & payment
Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed; until then, your piece is reserved but not yet in production. We never see or store your full card details — payment is handled securely by our payment provider.
Shipping, returns & refunds
Delivery, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All designs, images, text and the TABIX name are the property of TABIX and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Acceptable use
Please use our store lawfully and don’t attempt to disrupt it or misuse it. We may decline or cancel orders we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or abusive (with a full refund where payment was made).
Limitation of liability
We craft and describe every piece with great care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
