Returns & exchanges — 30 days

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on non-personalized items in their original condition. Just reach out and we’ll guide you through it.

Personalized items

Because personalized pieces (engraved with your names, last name and wedding date) are made uniquely for you, they can’t be returned for change-of-mind. Please double-check your spelling and dates before ordering — and if you’re unsure about anything, ask us first.

Damaged or faulty items

We pack every order with great care, but if your piece arrives damaged or has a defect, we’ve got you — personalized or not. Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

Cancellations

Need to cancel or change your order? Contact us as soon as possible. If we haven’t started making your piece yet, we can cancel for a full refund or adjust the details at no cost.

How to start a return or exchange

Write to Tabix2024@gmail.com with your order number and a short note (and a photo, if it’s about damage). Refunds are issued to your original payment method once approved.
